Appartement moderne, spacieux, deux grandes chambre bien décorées, bien équipée. Rez de chaussé près de la piscine et du spa. Belle vue sur le grand canal. Stationnement facile. Borne de recharge niveau 2 gratuite. 10 minutes de la plage à pied.

Gros travaux sur les balcons les jours de semaine climatisation bruyante dans la chambre du fond. Impossible d'assombrir la chambre du fond pour dormir car les stores son brisés depuis longtemps (inscrit dans un post precedent) et le passage est éclairé la nuit Fenêtre du salon est situé dans un coin de passage ce qui coupe l'intimité. Appartement sombre le jour car situe dan un coin. Il faut toujours allumer les lumières. Manque d'équipement d'entretien balai, savon à vaisselle, etc. On n'a pas recu le code d'accès par courriel et on l'a trouvé dans l'app. Le lendemain en revenant de l'epucerie le code ne fonctionnait plus. On en a eu un autre par telephone.

Everything was amazing. The place was very clean and had everything. They made it very convenient. Pool and hot tub with a beautiful view was unforgettable. The whole experience was amazing definitely recommend 10/10. Since our flight was delayed there were even able to give us a bit more time for checkout!

Just the construction was a bit disappointing.

There was a leak from the floor above in the master bathroom. I notified management with a text and a phone call and no one responded!!!

I booked a stay here for a recent work trip and ended up stranded. I had a feeling in my gut that something was off about this booking so I even confirmed through booking.com the day before that everything was good to go. The day that I was supposed to check in I called the royal colonial on my short layover because something didn’t seem right. Sure enough, when I called they told me they had no room reserved for me (even though I had already been fully charged with no option for a refund). They explained that there have been issues between booking.com and the Royal Colonial and that multiple guests continue to show up with no trace of their reservation in existence. I ended up having to find an alternative place to stay on my own, last minute. I never once received any sort of cancellation notice from booking.com or the Royal Colonial. Lesson learned, follow your gut. Being stranded at night as you’re traveling by yourself is not fun!

They did not email me information to get into my room the day before and when I arrived no one was in the office. After waiting a while someone showed up and they finally got me in an apartment but not the one I booked. I know this because they emailed me checkin info the day after my scheduled arrival and it had my apartment number.

I stayed 1/25 to 2/8th and there was so much construction noise going on outside on site most days that it really ruined our stay. I have been trying to contact them about some sort of refund for part of my stay because of the inconvenience and they have yet to get back with me. No one is ever on site at the office there. They just pop in and out and you have to hope to catch them.

Great location in the inter coastal just down the block from the Boca Raton Hotel and a great value for the price.

Although they obviously recently renovated some of it like the bathrooms and kitchen, it still felt dated and worn. Didn’t like the Roku TV and especially don’t like when someone tried to get in my room the first night at midnight because the room had been double booked! Luckily the later arrival’s code did not work to open my door but felt awful for the elderly couple who were the victims of the double booking. They could not reach anyone at the property for help, only getting a “mailbox full” message at the number provided.

They won't give you a room and you will have nowhere to go when you show up and they don't answer their phones. Worst company ever.

Avons eu un dégât d'eau en pleine nuit, par de l'eau provenant de l'étage au-dessus de nous. Nous avons attendu 2 jours (en fin de semaine) pour le personnel. Nous avions dû installer un bac pour recevoir l'eau et vidanger l'accumulation aux 5-6 heures
