The unit was lovely, lots of light, in a great location, on the golf course, steps to the beach and pool.

We love the that peace place

Location, location, location, it’s always good to have, and this spot that we stayed in was the best location that had everything around us that we needed to get to ,the pool right outside the door minute walk to the beach ,ocean view, and the place was immaculateWill definitely be back to this spot in Palma Del Mar !!!

Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. Upon on entry we noticed that the toilet water valve was turned off so I turned it on to discover the toilet continuely leaked. This indicated to me that someone new it was broken but chose not to fix it. I messaged the host with my issues and they said they would send someone to fix the toilet and someone to clean the unit the next day after we sent them photos they requested. The toilet was fixed the next day but the cleaning team never showed. I asked if the cleaning team was ever coming the following week and I never got a response. Additionally, the bed sheets were worn and smelled like cheese. They had a second pair of sheets thank goodness. Something else you should know, the pool has a hot tub but it is not hot. The maintenance personnel told me they don't want to pay to keep it hot. Finally, I would say it would be a great place to stay if the host paid attention to details.
