We loved the location, very near to the skyline, a Very lively and tidy house. cheers for providing all the necessary amenities, though a full kitchen is not provided, a small kitchenette is there with a microwave, bottle chiller and some cutlery. The house is as described and seen in the photos. Access is easy as all instructions are provided upon booking. Got a deal as well.

The ants all over the floor. The cockroch in the cupboard. The hair in the shower. That the bed would move everytime I rolled over. The curtains didn't stop the sun coming in. The property was over grown with rubbish. You could hear the people talking walls are papper thin. It was disgusting.

There was nothing to like about this property.

The property was far too small to fit in the suggested number of people. Couldnt get the code to get inside. The contact person for this property had no clue what we were talking about so we got handed another phone number.The fridge didn't work. There was a half bar of old soap and an old rusty razor left in the bathroom, ants all over the entrance floor, cobwebs everywhere, someone's old recycling left by the entrance, totally unmaintaned front area, and to top it off.....people deciding to come for a look in side while we were still in bed at 8:30am!! Safe to say we left after one awful night. I will be chasing a refund!!!

Certainly, an amazing upgrade to the property. Came to visit Rotorua. Please during my stay. Love how small things they have taken care of, Some to mention are cutleries, and a small can cooler.

Lots of space, everything provided as shown in pictures. We enjoyed or stay. 5min walk skyline and Luge. Very happy with the decision to book with them. Seemless checkin.

Nice and clean accommodation. we loved our stay. Fully equipped kitchen. We had a comfortable stay. The staff was quick to respond. I would love to recommend this property.
