It’s very neatly organised and clean with a lovely aspect inside the hotel. Only a small number of rooms and villas. Quiet and off the street. The staff are absolutely first rate, could not fault anything. They were SUPER friendly even by Balinese standards, no question was too much trouble. The room was lovely and felt luxurious, good shower pressure and fluffy towels. Right across the street from a supermarket and close by to many restaurant options.
It’s not in the prettiest area HOWEVER that’s not a problem if you just want to stay by the pool or use this place as a home base for activities. It was a reasonable walk into town, but easy to get around by ojek. Would highly recommend staying here and definitely will stay again when I’m in Ubud.

Immaculate property, super clean. The pool & gardens were beautiful & tranquil. All staff were exceptional - super friendly, kind & attentive. Helped us organise all of our transport at reasonable prices. Loads of shopping nearby. I would gladly stay here again.
The only downside was the busy road & minimal pavement due to some roadworks nearby. But in saying that the property is away enough from the mainroad to feel relaxed ☺️

The whole atmosphere in the hotel plus the staff everything was so amazing.
I don't think anything that I didn't like except for the bathroom was clogging a bit but was doable, othrwise everything was top notch. Everything was nearby and we could get all our essentials.

Very nice staff, good swimming pool, nice view. Supermarket accross the street.
You can hear noise from the main road and its quite disturbing. You need a grab to the center of Ubud, it’s walkable but the walk is on the main road so not plesant at all.

"Tolle kleine Unterkunft. Die Villa mit privatem Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück wird direkt auf das Zimmer gebracht. Trotz Nähe zur Straße war es sehr ruhig"
