- huge comfortable bed - good shower pressure - extensive breakfast buffet - nice pool with sufficient sun beds

- please realise the hotel is not at walking distance from the centre. You need a scooter or taxi - for a 5* hotel you may expect fresh coffee for b’fast. Not out of a container

Soooo poorly designed . No flow . Corners everywhere in the room and when you open the cupboard you bang into the sink corners , tables too low , toilet and bed no flow from one to the other , I hd a cold room with airflow coming in from outside on the first night and slept in winter wear literalally. The second night was ants infestation but housekeeping managed to sort that out. So basically you cannot order room service and if you do clear the tray immediately and ask for a tray to be delivered with the food I felt hassled and discombobulated in this room - fumbling around to get ready every day

Facing the wrong way , no good Feng shui. Same with rooms for some reason , bad finishings , sink was at an angle and too low Food was average Basically I came back needing another holiday

Beds were super comfortable. Staff were very friendly helping us to book taxi to Sanur harbour. Free shuttle to central Ubud. Breakfast buffet had donuts and a great choice of food. Pool bar drinks were strong and there was a happy hour :)

Property was clean, the facilities were great and so were the staff.

The room walls were a little thin so you can hear quite a bit going on in the other rooms.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big pool. Comfy bed. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment was very nice in general. The room was nice and comfortable and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the TV channels and selection was great! So was the wifi.

Breakfast selection is not great for the variety. The same dishes were served every day. Suggestions: Serve some roti or paratha for the Indian curries. Display your cheese, cold cuts and butter more prominently instead of in a drink fridge. Brew better coffee, it was very watered down. Ensure there are always cups and teaspoons for the coffee station. Communication with the staff was a little challenging. Most of our requests were met with a rejection. For instance, we asked for 2 paper cups to takeaway with our breakfast box (as we were going to Mt Batur Sunrise and wanted to make ourselves a drink there).. but we were told they would not give us any paper cups. Next morning while picking up the breakfast box, we asked the receptionist on duty again for paper cups but was also met with a rejection. (Here's the twist was when I found paper cups at the lobby water dispenser next to the reception desk and took a couple with me). We also asked if we could order coffee for that same morning and we were willing to pay for it (breakfast coffee is reasonable I feel), but the answer was No, we don't serve coffee. I am not sure if it was a language barrier, or the team is not empowered.. but there is a lack in resourcefulness and flexibility. For a Marriott Group, a Westin Hotel, even if it isn't the Upscale or Luxury tier, I think it can really be better.

Poor Menu options in Food. especially for Indian eaters, we expect more Menu.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Well worth the money, a very reasonable rate, I got what I paid for and more. The floating breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, the staff was very nice. I have no complaints about my experience.
