Schönes Zimmer im Obergeschoss! Absolute Ruhe und ein Starenpaar das seinen hungrigen Nachwuchs fütterte. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Eigentlich nichts!

Wunderschön restauriertes Gebäude, Zimmer hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, mitten in der Stadt, leider gibt es keinen Stellplatz für´s Auto beim Haus, aber auch das haben wir einfach geregelt bekommen. Tolle Weinauswahl auf dem Zimmer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Nur das Ein- und Ausladen des Autos ist nicht ganz einfach, weil man eben nicht immer einen Parkplatz am Haus bekommt.

Top Lage mitten im schönen Freinsheim (allerdings muss man das Auto nochmals umparken). Supernette Chefin und klasse Personal. Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles ist herrlich unkompliziert. Exzellente Kommunikation, freundlich und professionell. Leckeres Frühstück. Vier, fünf der besten Restaurants keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Rundum gelungen.

Es war wirklich alles sehr gut bis außergewöhnlich. Bis auf das Umparken des Autos fällt mir beim besten Willen nichts ein. Und wir hatten immerhin 4 Zimmer und es kam keinerlei Kritik von 7 (mitunter anspruchsvollen) Gästen.

The property was clean and very cozy. Bathroom was very clean.

Finding parking was a bit of a hassle. Other than that my room was on the top floor, and I stayed there on a very hot day, despite of the small fan the room just wouldn’t cool down. I couldn’t close down the window blinds as it would barricade the air flow even further. Also the opening times of reception were very limited which due to my tricky schedule was very hard to navigate around.

When I told the receptionist that we would have difficulty carrying our heavy bags down the many steps, she and other staff members came to help with a smile! The breakfast was excellent and they added two guests on upon request.

If you arrive after a certain time, arrangements must be made to access your room, which includes getting a code and picking up a key from a lock box. Not knowing the facility could pose a problem, particularly if it should be dark. Luckily, a couple was sitting inside the courtyard who graciously helped us with our heavy luggage to our third floor room. There is no elevator,

Very nice location with great atmosphere. Warm welcome and charming building. Village is beautiful with nice options for food, sports and hiking.

Coffee machine and kettle would have been appreciated

There was no coffee machine in the room. Nowadays, every nice hotel has a coffee machine.
