Large and spacious in a nice area of town. Really nice living room and kitchen. Has a driveway to park in and it was easy to access. Backyard space is nice too. Host had great communication as well.

The couch is a bit dirty, there are a few holes in the walls, and the tv kept restarting. They also ask for a $300 deposit via Venmo, Zelle, etc. At first I was skeptical since those are unprotected platforms but they were very responsive and explained the deposit and guaranteed it would be returned should there be no damages and it was returned in a very timely manner. I only wish I would have been notified about that sooner as it was a bit of a shock to find out right before we were checking in.
