We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on Topsail Island! Everything was clean and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Having a balcony on the front and the back was fantastic, with ocean view on one side and a view of the sound on the other, so if the sun was on one side, we could sit on the other to be cooler in the shade. The bed was comfortable and we were right on the beach, so it was easy to walk out the door and take walks by the ocean. The condo is well located, with easy access to all of the restaurants and shops on Topsail, but on the less populated end of the island, making it quieter and easy to get into and out of the complex. Iris was wonderful and communicated all instructions for check in clearly, and answered promptly whenever we had questions about anything. We highly recommend staying here!

We can’t wait to come back! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach and come back for lunch without having to pack everything up. Having a washer and dryer was great, and everything we could possibly need was provided in the kitchen as well. The bathroom kit was great, though it meant that I HAD to visit the Carolina Shores store before we could go home. Chip and Iris were great at quick communication and super friendly.

Best vacation ever! House was well stocked and spotless. The deck box had plenty of sand toys, chairs, and shade options. The location was perfect and felt private. The beach was never crowded and the pool was also well maintained. We will be coming back again! The only thing I would change is a tv in the master bedroom but obviously not a big deal. 5 stars all day!

This was a beautiful property that far exceeded out expectations. The hosts clearly take a lot of pride in making sure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience. Cleanliness 10/10. Everything was extremely clean. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, linens were all clean. Not even a speck of sand despite being steps from the beachHost 10/10. They responded immediately when I had a question. All basic necessities were provided. Other family members stayed with different hosts and were all disappointed that they had to immediately go shopping for the basics. It was very very clear that the hosts took a lot of time to try and think of everything that a guest might need. They anticipated all of our needs. Truly impressed.Location 10/10. Literally steps from the beach. The pool, basketball court, grill was immediately across the road. The pool and beach was very accessible even with five kids. Shops and restaurants were within a couple miles - so easy to get to without staying in an area with high traffic. The views were fantastic. The bedroom and living room exit to a large deck with a direct view of the beach.
