You’ll also find a covered deck that faces the canals, where you’ll get great views of the sunset. This fully Renovated as of March 2026, 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo located in Queens Grant, and is the perfect place for your "Beach Time". Enjoy one level living with an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The classic kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for four more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the deck, which you access from the living room. You’ll feel like your sleeping right on the beach when you enjoy oceanfront deck access from the spacious king master or relax on your private deck from the second queen room with canal and sunset views. The kids will love their own charming two twin bedroom. There is a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping.

This property is located at 925 North Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. It is in Building B, on the first level with one flight of stairs.
Bring your boat and have access to the newly renovated boat ramp and enjoy day dock parking and an area to park your trailer!
The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant.
The pool and hot tub are seasonal. It is OPEN for the 2025 season!! It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30).
When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping.

This is a wonderful place to stay, You can watch the water and see the beach right from the living room! The only note I would add is that there is no toaster so bring your own if you want bagels

This is an excellent property. My family enjoyed being on the beach and just sitting on the deck at night. Host was responsive.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect! We really appreciated the direct beach access, the comfortable furnishings and quiet community. We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay at Queens Grant 107B was wonderful. It has an outstanding view, luxurious linens, & a welcoming decor. Our only recommendation is that while the living room door is being repaired, guests would have an easier access/regress through the bedroom doors. We plan to visit here again & thank Karen for her excellent communication throughout the process.
