Amazing location, The room was quite large and very clean. Front desk can speak English and were friendly and very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us.They are always ready to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible we needed.

The staff were very, very helpful, they helped me with everything: transportation, tickets, maps, routs, organizing, answering messages, ordering food etc.Best stay in zhangjiajie.
