El hotel está super bien! Muy bonito! Se encargan de lavar la ropa, que viene de maravilla ! A 10 min andando de la puerta este.

Lo único que falta es cafetera de café molido!

J’ai eu un peu de mal à allumer le chauffage, j’ai réussi à le faire fonctionner qu’une fois La fenêtre de notre chambre était juste en dessous des néons, ça veut dire que quand la nuit tombe on a vu sur beaucoup d’insecte

Sobre todo me encantó el trato del personal. Han sido todos muy amables y nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable. Nos acogieron con sumo cariño, dedicándonos tiempo para explicarnos en detalle todas las excursiones al Parque Natural, además de adquirir las entradas con anticipación para nuestras visitas. El servicio de lavandería gratuito - agradecer en este caso a la chica de recepción que me dejó la ropa limpia, recogida y doblada - todo un detalle! Y finalmente gracias también a John que se preocupó de que el Didi nos llevara correctamente a nuestro siguiente hotel. La habitación grande, cómoda y muy limpia. Servicio impecable. Además el hotel dispone de una preciosa terraza donde subíamos a fumar y relajarnos. Por sorpresa e inesperadamente la primera tarde de nuestra estancia pudimos disfrutar de un espectáculo de drones desde la terraza. Fantástico! Ha sido sin duda el mejor hotel de nuestro largo viaje por China. Un acierto.

No hay nada que no nos haya gustado del hotel.

This small hotel is located near the gates to Avatar mountains and is 5 min walk to the Main Street with many cafes, restaurants and shops - this was very convenient. Our room was spacious and had a large bath, we had view of the mountains, the staff at reception were using special translating tool, so check in was smooth and they explained everything to us. They also helped organise the driver to take us to Furong town.

The bathroom area lacks privacy. The cabins for toilet and shower are separate and sink is in the hallways. There is no private area where you can change your clothes, dry yourself, etc. this was pretty annoying for us. There were insects on the bed, ceiling and in the bath. There was kettle in the room with some cups and tea supplies so we made tea in the evening. The cups were not cleaned during room service and when we asked we got told that they don’t interfere with our stuff. That happened the next day too, so eventually I cleaned our cups in the sink myself. This is extremely strange to make guests clean their cups. Everything in the room needs to be cleaned during room service.
