This was our first time to the Singleton Beach area at HHI. We appreciated and were delighted to find the six bedroom home that fit our large family perfectly! Every bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful. The covered pool for our grandkids was perfect and also having the poolside bathroom. I would recommend this home to other large families. Ivan the owner and Tony the property manager were great on communication.

The pool cost extra to heat and was not heated upon arrival. I had to reach out to the management company to get the heat turned on and was told it possible just got " tripped and turned off". They turned it back on but the pool was still cold for the first 2 days we were there. After having paid an extra 300 hundred to have it heated this seemed very unaccommodating and not worth the cost in the long run.We also had other general maintenance issues including an entire section of the house not having working outlets or lights. I was able to find the breaker to eventually remedy that issue. Appliances such as the knob on the stove were broken.....we were not provided with enough trash bags for the kitchen for the length of our stay. There were only 2 yellow and white pool towels for a group of 8 ppl.Not enough shampoo/conditioner for the length of the stay and number of people. The house location is great. Neighbors were nice. Rooms over all were clean.Just didn't quite hit the mark for and excellent rating.

The house is showing signs of ware. The fridge was broken in multiple places, the outlets in all the bathrooms would trip regularly and the towel racks in one of the master bathrooms were on the ground with nowhere to hang a towel. The garage did not fit either of the trucks we drove as well. The pool was pretty small which is common for the area but it already had sand in it when we arrived. The table that was out there was also very flimsy and needing replaced. I was very happy with the check in process and also thrilled with the couple that lives in the neighborhood that would provide golf cart trips to and from the beach for tips. They were very nice and always willing to drive us. The beach is one of the best which is why we stay in the area, but the house definitely could use a fresh up.
