Tonia -who is just adorable and so kind has created the most enjoyable experience!
* beautiful spacious marble bathrooms
* comfy bedding
* complimentary wine on arrival!
* modern, soothing decor
* quick responses and attention
* wonderful free breakfast selections
* in 13 days, the nicest room i stayed in out of the 5 i booked!
* steps from the taxi stand
* loved sitting on the balcony watching all the action below.
* an actual elevator lift so no carrying suitcases up stairs!
Cannot think of one thing!

The room and bath were stunning and the apartment was very clean. An ideal location for being close to the station.
The building it was in and the check in process could have been smoother as we were asked what time we were due to arrive and for our train details but then there was no one there to greet us.

The staff was very helpful and easy to reach via text/email/booking messages. The room was beautiful and the shower was so nice! We had a great view of the piazza and were a quick walk to some great restaurants closer to the city center.

Very clean and nice decor. Comfortable bed and had air conditioning.🙂
Missed seeing staff in person, no.english channel on TV, paid for balcony but table and chairs were very weathered so sitting out was not a good selling point to sit out and eat only to increase the price! No bottle of wine in room and an increase in charge from the stated total cost stated on Booking.com. so a little bit surprised as we left!

"Überaus grosszügig grosses Apartment, alles neu und sehr sauber an bester Lage an der Piazza Garibaldi. Super zentral gelegen, dadurch aber auch etwas laut, was bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber ok ist...."
