Another Fantastic Stay! We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and somehow it manages to get better every time! On this occasion, we decided to stay for three nights to break up our holiday, and once again, we were delighted with our choice. We arrived earlier than expected and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already available. Even better, we were given a complimentary upgrade! We were warmly welcomed by Ahmed, one of the hotel’s managers, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. He regularly checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure everything was perfect. His genuine care and attention to detail really stood out. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful little touches such as a complimentary drink and fresh fruit, which made us feel especially welcome. The pool area was excellent, with brand-new sunbeds and attentive staff always on hand to ensure guests had everything they needed. The food was enjoyable on our previous visit, but this time it was on another level altogether! A huge amount of credit must go to Samir, the restaurant manager, and the chef, who we understand has recently joined the hotel from another establishment. The variety and quality of the food have improved tremendously, with a much wider selection to choose from. The buffet was clearly and accurately labelled, making it easy to identify the dishes, and the new seating arrangements added to the overall dining experience. Mealtimes were a real pleasure, and the improvements were noticeable throughout. The bar staff and the reception staff also deserve a special mention. They were consistently friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. They always seemed to be available, day and night, providing excellent service with a smile. All in all, we had another fantastic stay. It’s wonderful to see a hotel that continues to invest in improvements and genuinely strives to enhance the guest experience.

A special thanks to Lifeguard Mahmoud Eid, who truly stood out and made our experience even better. Mahmoud Eid was outstanding. He consistently took initiative without waiting to be asked, and his excellent service, professionalism, and respectful attitude made a real difference during our stay.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The layout of the rooms and facilities around the hotel was excellent and very convenient.

Mohamed ghaly The staff member who assisted us was incredibly organized, smiling, and provided genuinely outstanding service. We arrived much earlier than planned, and he graciously arranged our check-in at 9:30 AM—which is far from taken for granted—along with a generous late check-out. "The dinner we were invited to was truly wonderful—the team delivered exceptional, festive service filled with music, singing, and an upbeat atmosphere that made the evening thoroughly enjoyable." The hotel itself is pleasant, warm, and inviting. A huge perk is the access to the sister hotel directly across the street, which features a great water park, access to the beach, and the option to enjoy dinner at our choice of three restaurants. We also booked treatments at the spa center, which was a lovely addition to our stay. The food is excellent, with plenty of variety that caters well to international guests. Highly recommended!

If I were to suggest one minor improvement, it would be to introduce a bit more variety between meals. In our room, a couple of lights were not working and conditioner was missing upon arrival, but the staff addressed and resolved both issues promptly.

I like that it was clean but I stayed for 10 days and on the last day I couldn't even eat because the food was so repotted and all the food tasted the same honestly on the last days I couldn't even handle the smell. And I didn't even like the way I felt watched the whole time they on the food time on the pool and all the time and we had a problem with the pool towels when they gave us the card for the towels they didn't tell us that if you lose the towels you have to pay for it so we lost a card and they told us that we have to pay for it and in the reservation they treated us so badly but their was only one good person his name is MOHAMMED GHALI hi is the best he helped us a lot
