BIG HOTEL LÀO CAI

Beautiful room, always a plus to have windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful, good location too!

Hotel is new (only two years old), so everything looks new. Good WiFi, elevator available, firm bed, quick hot water, strong water pressure, helpful and polite staff, nice lightning setup, big fridge, internet TV, safe, quiet. However, no restaurants close by, no recommendations for anything from the hotel, unclear bus routes, lack of information about transportation to different parts of the province. So, it's inconvenient for travelers without private means of transportation.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom, helpful staff, and overall great value for the money.

The room was very clean and quite. The staff was polite, helpfull and respectfull. An good location near a park, a mountain walk, restaurant and grocery store. I would recommend this hotel to friends and familly.
