Location is unbeatable, right in Trinh Cong Son street. The room is quiet and has all the amenities (except for the rice cooker). The shower is great. The price for the quality is excellent.
Just be aware that it’s a bit tiring to lock and unlock the main door every time you go inside the building. The bed mattress is not soft, but I didn’t expect it better for the price.

Great location and price !
We felt like home in the studio. Very quiet at night even though it is in a nice neighbourhood with nice lakes and coffee places and restaurants around.
We did not meet the host but they were very reactive through whatsapp. We accessed through a secured keybox.
Very clean and refurbished accomodation.
We recommend it!
