Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South

This was my third stay here, and easily the best encounter yet—largely thanks to exceptional front desk service from Jun (Qi Jun). I arrived late, exhausted from travel, and ran straight into a frustrating parking issue in the middle of the night. Jun resolved it immediately without fuss. Knowing I had only a short time in the city and had done zero research, she took the initiative to thoughtfully walk me through local highlights and recommendations so I could make the most of my trip without the stress. That level of proactive care and attentiveness sets a new standard. Huge credit to Jun for turning a tiring arrival into my best visit so far.

Very comfortable beds, room and shower were good size. Good breakfast.

The location was good, the rooms were spacious, and very clean. Reception staff were polite and warm.

Food: Breakfast was of very poor quality. The spread was huge, but everything was drying up due to overheating of the food. The live egg counter was also average. Only the live pancake was good. The rest was very average food. Staff Hospitality: There was no attendant at the Fitness Centre. I kept requesting that an attendant be sent to start the sauna, but for 20mins no one showed up. Similarly, every time I would call from the room, only after 2-3 attempts of calling them, the phone would get picked up and that too after plenty many rings.
