The cottage rooms at Lakowe Lakes are modern, clean, and ideally located. The Sunday morning breakfast is excellent, and although it can get busy, the atmosphere in the restaurant remains pleasantly calm and never becomes too noisy. The staff are consistently courteous, friendly, and welcoming.

On Saturday evening, a celebration in a party tent in the gardens resulted in very loud music that disturbed us until midnight. The reception team handled the situation professionally the following day and arranged for us to move to another cottage, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful Sunday. Guests planning to be particularly loud, kindly find another and more suitable venue for your needs. The rooms are priced at the high end which would be fine if peace and tranquility were guaranteed, as well as a wider selection of food and breakfast options during the other days of the week.

My apartment was not clean (dirty floors); the wifi did not work; despite being told there was an iron/ ironing board there was not; there was not hot water in the shower; the transport from the apartment was often very slow and it was a long walk to the lobby; I was given only 1 towel despite being in a 3 bedroom apartment; I couldn't find the safe.
