We stayed here as a couple with our 5 year old daughter. The apartment has many positives: the bed was clean, an extra bed for our daughter was provided easily, the kitchen appliances were clean, the apartment is spacious and quiet, and the air conditioning and smart TV worked well. The location is great, very close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and not far from the beach. The manager was very helpful and kind.
Some things could be improved: a few areas weren’t very clean (soap dispenser, toilet brush, a lot of dust on flowers, washing machine exterior), the drying rack was difficult to use and dirty, the shower was dirty with mold in the grout, and there was a damp smell in the bedroom. There were no duvet covers, the lighting is cold, the extractor hood isn’t connected, and the iron leaks if filled with water. The space between the shower and toilet is small, and there’s almost no natural daylight in the apartment.
Overall, a convenient and spacious apartment with a helpful manager, but cleanliness and some small details could be improved.
