Апартаменти знаходяться у 3 хвилинах від моря та 15 хвилинах від центра міста та залізничного вокзалу. Поруч є овочеві лавки та дрібні крамниці. У пішій доступності магазин Conad. В апартаментах є все для приготування та прийому їжі, крім цього є гейзерна кавоварка. Є балкон з меблями де можна вечеряти. Білизна чиста, ліжка зручні. Парковки власної немає, але поруз домом є безкоштовна парковка на який можливо знайти вільне місце, чим я і скористався. Велика їдальня-столова, де є достатньо місця для сімейного прийому їжі. Гаряча вода цілодобово. Кондиціонер холодить достатньо добре.
1. Пральна машика дуже раритетна і, щоб її запустити потрібно мати чіткі інструкції, які нажаль відсутні.
2. Дим з кафе яке знаходиться поруч з домом потрапляє в апартаменти, що створює дискомфорт (приємно, що дим від смаження смачних стейків).
3. Власник в описі апартаментів не попереджає про туристичний збір, який складає 2 евро/день з людини.

Boli sme v tomto apartmáne ubytovani aj s malymi detmi, preto velmi ocenujeme dostupnost plaze ktora je naozaj len par krokov od apartmanu. Tiez sa nam pacil obchod s ovocim a zeleninou ktory bol hned vedla. Velmi dobre vybavene potraviny tiez neboli daleko a skvela pizza oproti. Majitel apartmanu bol velmi mily, dobre sa s nim komunikovalo, poradil nam co mozme v meste a okoli navstivit, vsetko prebehlo bez problemov :) urcite ubytovanie mozme odporucat :)

Molto vicino al mare. Si raggiunge una bella spiaggia a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Stabilimento " Scacciapensieri" ottimo: spazioso e tranquillo.Market e altri negozi raggiungibili a piedi. Il centro di Nettuno è a 15 minuti a piedi. Proprietario molto gentile. Appartamento pulito e fornito di biancheria e di tutto ciò che serve. È costituito da camera matrimoniale, sala pranzo con angolo cottura, un angolo con un letto a castello. Bagno con doccia. Aria condizionata presente in sala da pranzo .......indispensabile. Balcone abitabile.
La presenza di un motore dell'aria condizionata del vicino ristorante molto vicino alla finestra della camera da letto che è in funzione la sera fino alla chiusura , circa ore 01,00. Problema risolto con finestra chiusa e aria condizionata accesa.

I did only like the availability of the person who manages the rental house. He was very responsive and able to help when we needed something.
We stayed 5 night, as a family.
Major problems:
The apartment didn't feel clean.
The shower had mold, the windows and the balcony were very dirty. Also the window inside the apartment (one room has no external windows) was super dusty. And the room really small. The furnitures were in a bad shape. The couch was dirty. It's pillows had stains. The bidet and the shower were clogged. The microwave was dirty when we arrived.
Minor:
Bad smell of smoke in the hall.
Strong smell of bbq coming from the restaurant nearby.
Very poor views.
Not good for more than one night.
Very cold illumination.
Not recommended.
