Location is good and despite the streets outside being busy, noise is at a minimum. The apartment is well kitted out and has more than enough equipment for a good stay. It is worth noting that there is no lift from the ground floor so you will have to carry your stuff up to the apartment.
It would be nice to have some instructions for things like how the aircon works. Also, an explanation of the rubbish collection/bin system would be helpful. No big deal in either case though.

Very comfortable with ease of access with lots of bakeries and taxi station around the corner.
