Hotel Pacific Garden

It’s located inside a shopping mall and has very good restaurants and a Japanese market that you can just walk to.

The only cleaning lady didn’t use a vacuum (the floor had a lot of dust and trash since we checked in; we waited over an hour for cleaning, but the white trash was still there). She also didn't change all the sheets (she only changed the flat sheets), and she didn't provide the new towels we needed to ask for. The towels were really old-looking and yellow. I understand it’s an old hotel, but I hope cleanliness can at least be promised.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location and building felt safe and secure. The inner garden was absolutely lovely. The downstairs rooms each open to the garden and enjoying a cup of tea while gazing at the garden was a truly restful experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was large with plenty of storage. Bathroom was clean and brightly lit. This hotel is not fancy or modern, lol. And the room decor was pretty dated. But it was a wonderful, restful experience. The location was perfect, with a full shopping plaza with several excellent restaurants and cafes barely a few steps away. We attended the BTS concert in Inglewood and the stadium was only 15 minutes away from the hotel by surface streets. The entire weekend was a roaring success!

The patio off our room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Not enough washcloths and towels. When I asked to exchange our used towels for fresh towels, front desk wanted to charge us from our deposit due to using a washcloth to remove my foundation makeup from my face. Washcloths are for washing our face and body. Makeup easily washes off the washcloths in the washing machine. The breakfast was not a breakfast. No protein options.

The bathroom looked like it was renovated so it was nice.

The interior was old, musty smell. The rugs were old and dirty. There was only one light for the room. Bed was uncomfortable.
