Clean and quite nice apartment

Location was great as we were working on my new build in the same town. Very clean and smelled nice. Was quiet and comfortable for the little time we were there. The host was available to answer questions via text which was very helpful!
The price was definitely higher than we are used to paying. I did need 2 bedrooms as I was traveling with my uncle. Th shower water was hot, but not as hot as I would like to have had it. We had trouble getting the heat pump to blow heat! We had to google it to finally get heat as it was down to 65 in there at one point. They should just have simple instructions as to how to use it. That would have been very helpful after a long day!

Cute, plenty of sleeping space.
No wi-fi password. Mini split in living room only and bedrooms did not have screens to allow for opening windows without bugs getting in.

The property was huge and gorgeous. It was middle of the jungle so could see amazing night sky and also saw Deer around 12am outside. Loved the full kitchenette as at night market closes and we were able to cook something our own. The location was 30 mins away from main market/key attractions, but if you have a car, that should not be an issue.
The key problem was the smoke alarm went off twice late night - at around 2am with a loud horn that shook us all off from our sleep, and at 4:25am (chatgpt said it could be due to low battery). After that a small beeps constantly kept ticking at every 5 seconds. We barely slept the whole night and it ruined our day. Tried contacting property owner the next day using booking.com chat/number, but couldn’t get through to them.
