We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. We also really appreciated the parking inside the property’s yard, which made it very convenient for our car.
here were, however, two downsides. The air conditioning was not very effective — there was only one large unit in the corridor. The host kindly explained that this was due to limited electricity capacity at the moment, but also reassured us that it should be improved in the future. The second inconvenience was the beach access: it’s not very suitable for walking, as you can’t go directly downhill and have to take a detour, which doesn’t feel very safe on foot. By car, though, it’s perfectly fine.

The location is exceptional, 7 km away from the heart of litochoro, the house is beautiful with a big nice garden as it seems in the photos, our dogs enjoyed it. Our host was very kind and we felt welcomed at once. The house was warm despite the cold temperatures outside. Late check out was kindly offered to us.
However, we were facing an issue with the hot water and we did not enjoyed the shower once; extremely hot and/or cold water was running while using the shower. Although the host was contactable through the phone and eager to assist, unfortunately we couldn't figure out why the heating water was not running and as it seemed the host did not know as well how it was supposed to work. A note with instructions and further guidance would have been helpful.
