The apartment is renovated, which means that it has a new window, and luckily it is blocking most of the street noise. this is a big plus in Naples, especially in the center with the heavy traffic.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable.
The AC was not properly working when I arrived, but after mentioning it on WhatsApp, it was quickly fixed.
Communication is smooth and effective.
Unfortunately there is no elevator, and the steps to the second floor are quite steep.

The unit once inside was very clean and comfortable. The bed and shower were both very good. The property people were very quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages. The TV was well placed and I enjoyed watching a movie while lying in bed.
I grew up in a big city and I still felt a bit uncomfortable at this location in the evening. Naples is a dirty city but this area is by far the worst. At night lots of people loitering around the streets and selling used odd items directly off of the road. The gate to the main building was busted while we were there and then didn’t lock anymore. Another unit across from ours looked like someone had taken a crow bar to it. I personally wouldn’t recommend this area to women traveling alone or to families.
