The property was spacious, modern and clean, with plenty of room for our group. The kitchen and dining area were great for spending time together, and the location was convenient for getting around Manchester.
There were a few minor things that could be improved, but overall we had a good stay.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, close to public transport routes. Very close to a shopping centre and McDonald's. Great communication from the host. Plenty of toilet roll. The fridge and oven worked.
The plumbing isn't great: the lower bathroom sink would fill up when the plug was open, the upper bathroom plug kept getting stuck shut, and the garden was flooded. The cleaners were still there at our check in time and the beds were not made. The WiFi was not working. The place could do with a more thorough clean of damp/mould. The carbon monoxide detector should have been higher up.

Enough space for family stay. Adequate kitchen facilities. Good Wi-Fi.
Last minute email informing me where to collect key. Area not very nice. Entered the property to a beeping fire alarm. Only one exit available from the property as back door locked and no key available. Sewage leaking into the outside area. Stairs very steep.
