Too noisy after midnight. Had a hard time sleeping

You are greeted at the lobby by friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. I wish I could have given 5 stars, but unfortunately, there were a few things that need improvement/attention.
We booked the suite because it said it had a fireplace, fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, there wasn't a microwave and the fireplace did not work. The front desk staff tried to help, but didn't know how to work it and after looking for a spare microwave, they couldn't find one. The bathroom door did not close properly and the shower door kept opening. These are little things management can improve to make it a five star hotel. Again, the staff and service was great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options are great!

Greatly maintained room in an older building. Space was large and it was conveniently located for the conference I was attending.
Amazing value for money
