Great experience at the hotel. Check-in was easy and everyone was very friendly!

The staff is amazing. While staying there the AC was spotty. My room never got below 78. What I don't understand, and I know this might sound petty, 1 ply toilet paper in the rooms. I staying there for a convention and I prefer the privacy of my own room so that was disappointing
