The hotel was pleasant! Met requirements and was in a cute neighborhood.

Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with plenty of places nearby.
The only issue we had was that the TV didn't work on our first night. We called the front desk, but no one came to fix it until the next day. The pool area is nice, although it's on the smaller side. One perk is that the bar will serve drinks right to you at the pool, which was a nice touch.
The biggest downside was the daily $17 credit they offer for snacks and other miscellaneous items. They make it sound like a complimentary credit that you should use before midnight each day, but when you check out, you'll see you're actually charged the $17 per day (plus tax) whether you use it or not. Most of the items available can be purchased for much less across the street at the supermarket or gas station.
My advice: if you don't plan on using the credit, tell them at check-in that you don't want it. Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Amazing service, amazing stay

An amazing stop after a week cruise. A bit of a wait for the room on floor 11 but was worth it. Large king size bed and comfortable pillows. The towels were a bit harsh on the skin. Shower curtain was wrinkled not welcoming. Air conditioning in the room cuts out for a bit to long for my liking which cause me to get hot and sweaty.
