Well located right on one of the main road. Situated between Monkey Sanctuary and Ubud Palace. Staff was very kind and always available to help if needed. Room cleaned every day. No AC or hot water, but that is standard at this price range. Beautiful grounds with cool birds -- but can be a little noisey when trying to sleep in.

Perfect stay for the price value. Simple, basic, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Can't ask more for this price.
