Air conditioning worked well, staff were professional and amenities were very nice. Whisky bar and restaurant were better than expected.

It is a nice property with access to public transportation. Overall the room was great but some days it didn't seem too clean even after the room had been made-up.
We had paid for the breakfast as part of the room package.
The hot breakfast menu items were mostly egg dishes which we couldn't eat everyday of our stay.

Very clean room in the basement with a small landing for shoes. Had a fridge, wardrobe, desk and safe and comfortable bed. Large variety of teas supplied in the room with Biscoff buiscuits. Amazing full breakfast and continental everyday with latte and a pot of tea was included and outstanding. Less than 10 mins walk to Hammersmith and Baron’s Court stations by walk or catch a bus right outside the hotel. Lots of coffee shops and bakeries nearby.
