The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the lighting in the rooms was excellent. I have been in too many hotels where the room lighting is poor. This was great. As a senior citizen, good lighting is important. Also the maid staff promptly turned in a camera I left behind and the hotel quickly sent me an email regarding the item left behind. Great customer service.

Restaurant or at least saloon/bar should be opened for lunch. Property was a ghost town on Friday. We arrived early at 2pm. Front desk was nice but refused any early check in. We just drove around instead of sitting in our car for 2 hours which was annoying. Liked the lobby with tea and cookies available at check in.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The rooms are pretty and clean. The location is perfect to visit the Grand Canyon.
