We loved the location. It was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom had a bathroom and huge closets with extra beds in them. It was spacious and clean. The staff was great and they cleaned very well.
Our WiFi didn’t work and as a result there was no TV. To their credit though when we called the desk for help, a nice maintenance man arrived at our door to explain that their WiFi had been down for a month and that nothing could be done about the TV. One of the bathroom sinks sprayed water when you turned it on and the electric stovetop wouldn’t turn on unless you had it in high. Despite those small things, we managed and it still met our needs.

It was really well equipped! The location was amazing - the back porch had a trail that intertwined with many other trails, and the view of the mountains through the aspen grove was fantastic. The faux fireplace was great, and the remote let you change the settings.

Our studio apartment was very clean. The area is quite and more laid back than at Grand Canyon Village. Our private balcony was a nice touch.

It was close to Grand Canyon National Park. The staff responded quickly to questions or problems.
No hook on bathroom door - what are you supposed to do with your clothes, robe or jammies, eh? Water took way too long to get hot. Internet went down on second night. "Bedside" light is 5 feet off the floor, nothing close to the actual bedside. No instructions on how to turn on heater/cooler or TV.
