Staff were lovely very friendly. The room was basic but had everything you needed. Great location. Very close to the metro, lots of dining options and close enough to walk to lots of tourist sites. Would stay there again.

We chose to bring our own breakfast but had full access to the dining area for crockery and cutlery. We were able to access tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cold water there at any time.

The Hotel is elegant and the room was absolutely beautiful! I got an upgrade as a little surprise and had an amazing stay. The staff is welcoming and helpful! One of the best stays I’ve had in a while!
