Not a 5 star at all.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Beautiful hotel, lobby lounge and spacious rooms. Close proximity to downtown shops, restuarants and Columbia River Skywalk. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay, nice and clean, helpful staff. I’d definitely recommend this place for other travellers.

This hotel is a favourite of ours. Beautiful rooms, fully equipped kitchen if you need it (including a dishwasher) and large bathroom with tub/shower.
A separate living/dining area to the bedroom with king size bed and additional sofa.
2 large TVs; one in each space.
Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add a restaurant/bistro. The Crown has a wine bar, albeit a little pricey, but no food options.
