Overall great experience.

A beautiful hotel that was incredibly accommodating to me when there was an issue with the initial hotel I booked. For the same amount of money I was able to stay in a hotel much nicer than the original one I booked and it made my entire visit worthwhile. Gorgeous property that is both modern / renovated yet retains some of that classic hotel charm that is missing from most hotels these days.

Our stay was truly wonderful, and a special thank you goes to Denis at the front desk.
Denis is the definition of a true gentleman—professional, gracious, attentive, and exceptionally courteous. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help with every request transformed an excellent stay into a memorable one.
In an age when outstanding customer service is increasingly rare, Denis stands out as someone who brings warmth, dignity, and genuine hospitality to his work. He is a tremendous asset to the hotel and left a lasting impression on us.
Thank you, Denis, for your exceptional service and for making our visit so special.
