Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Needs modernisation with furnitures, squeaky floors.

Hotel is fine for the price incl. a good breakfast buffet and parking. East to get to a P&R with charging and take the bus into Edinburgh. The hotel bar in the evening was not too wide a choice and when it got difficult to make a cocktail they stopped serving cocktails and only offered easy serves.

Room was clean. Staff great. The purchased breakfast was good.

It's nothing fancy, but it's clean, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was really good.
