Great hotel in perfect location for visiting local attractions in the Old Quarter. It truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff are so kind and professional especially our concierge Leo who gave us outstanding service from the time we checked in to to last minute when we left for the airport. Our family was sad to leave this property as it truly was a fantastic stay in all aspect. Do not hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel, with its incredible staff, you won’t regret it.

10/10 — Exceptional location, service, and hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi for the first time.
The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it incredibly convenient to walk to many of the city’s highlights, including Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and the main shopping streets. We hardly needed transportation during our stay, which made exploring Hanoi easier.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Since this was our first visit to Vietnam, the staff kindly showed us a map and gave us detailed recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants, which was extremely helpful.
I would like to mention hotel manager and staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. She checked in with us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. She and all other hotel staff were friendly, attentive and professional and this made our visit to Hanoi even more memorable.
We would happily return!
