This motel is a gem in downtown Redding. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. It's in walking distance of lots of restaurants. I've stayed here twice now and will try again if I'm coming through Redding another time.

I love when an older property gets revitalized. The Thunderbird Lodge is such a place. An older property that has been tastefully modernized. I enjoyed staying there! As for the amenities, I didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool or the breakfast. Parking was very convenient.
