We had a very spacious room with the kitchenette that allow us to do our own breakfast and even cook our own dinner.
When we arrived, it was hot so the pool was a plus
They did provide coffee from reception, but it would’ve been nice if there might’ve been a small selection of tea and hot water as well instead we had to do the hot water in the microwave.

Close to Sundial bridge. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.
Your ad says indoor sauna but I didn't see one and no one told me about it.

I liked the beds, the room was clean. The staff was exceptional.
I have children and the tv wasn't working, there's no cable, no antenna, nothing. So my kids couldn't watch anything. Then on the ceiling by the sink by the restroom, there was a part that cracked open from the ceiling and my wife was tripping the whole night about it. I had to get on the chair and close it up. It's just hard after 8 hours of driving or so with children, you think you're gonna stay somewhere comfy, where the kids could relax and watch TV, and keep the wife happy, but it wasn't like this.
