Very motivated staff.i left a tip for the maid. The maid left a note saying she didn’t know if it was if she was supposed to take it and if I wanted it back to let the desk know. I thought that was nice if not strange. Is it unusual to leave tips?

It was a very clean room but I feel overpriced. As seniors we just cannot afford these prices but didn't have much choice as we were attending our nephews wedding
