The Edelweiss Hotel is a formal, grand hotel in the wonderfully quiet village of Sils Maria. The bedrooms are clean and quiet with excellent service from the housekeeping team. There are level walks from the hotel to the lake and around the village. The bus service to St Moritz is frequent and a very short walk from the hotel.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Edelweiss Hotel during a hiking weekend.
The hotel was clean, offered many amenities and the location is excellent, close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The personal was helpful and kind. My last day I had some problems during my hike and arrived several hours late to do the check out and due to the circumstances I wasn’t charged additionally. The girls at the reception even called me while I was up at the mountain to enquire if I everything was fine. I appreciated their kindness extremely.
I can recommend the hotel. Excellent.
