The staff was phenomenal. When our room wasn’t ready (we were early) the staff allowed us to drink our own wine in their lobby while we waited. They even opened it for us and brought us glasses. The hotel is luxury mixed with a phenomenal location. Their hotel parking is very reasonable and the access to the spa is very accommodating to those staying in their hotel.

Excellent hotel. Underground parking with car chargers €20 per night. Bar and restaurant excellent. Easy access in your own funicular up to the spa. Would 100% return.
