As with Intercontinental Hotels they are all good. Here in Perth the breakfast was excellent with all of the choices they had. It is located in a central position handy to everything in the city.

Great amenities but surprised a 5 star hotel didn't have toothpaste in the bathroom...checkin experience was not great. Said we'd be called when room was ready but we didn't get a call. Had to chase it up...was told our bags were already in the room...they weren't. Complimentary glass of champagne on arrival a nice touch though!

Perfect location for our night in the city. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
