The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone

Our apartment was very clean and refreshed inside. Quiet and had a good view towards the ocean. The staff were very helpful. A big thankyou to (Michael?) who was very helpful in securing a vase and does an excellent job keeping the property immaculate. The outside pools/spa were good but starting to need a little upkeep in the future. A few extra kitchen tools are needed to help with cooking. Would definitely stay again.

The pool and spa are fabulous, we stayed in room 1005, what a beautiful unit, great kitchen, comfortable couch and great view from balcony.
Kitchen was very well stocked and shower was amazing. Nothing to complain about, great place to stay and a 2 min walk to tram.
Thank you so much, we had a fabulous time.
