Always stay at this hotel when we visit London yearly, always a good stay. Great location for Paddington station also.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby was clean, but extremely warm and overly fragranced....if you have asthma...beware. My first room was on the first floor and was nice..although the hallway always smelled of cooking leftovers. My room on the 4th floor was nicer and the hallway smelled fine.
