La Suite West - Hyde Park

Great location and very comfortable room

No outlook, limited relaxation space outside room

Location great, staff friendly, room cozy (small, but with a proper bathroom).

Basement rooms are never great and should be a bit cheaper, but it didn’t feel damp and prices are high everywhere. Breakfast could be a bit better in my opinion.

Great location

Room is tiny

The staff was quite polite and very helpful, the room was clean but very small and noisy. Excellent location.

It was always extremely noisy, the walls, windows and doors were not sound-proof at all, as if they were made of paper. The room was super tiny and the breakfast very poor. The staff, even though polite, twice knocked our door at 8:30 and 9 for "room service" so they just woke us. I know they meant well but that is something you don't see in hotels. All in all very disappointed from the experience, considering they are supposedly a 4 star hotel and that we paid over 200 euros a night for that. Very unprofessional setting and organization. The photos are deceiving.
