Great breakfast

My wife, 12-year-old grandson, and I spent four nights at Swope Manor. It was a wonderful experience in every way. The mansion is beautiful, with a rich history dating back to pre-Civil War. Located on the corner of York & Stratton, it could not be more conveniently located to historic downtown Gettysburg or the dozens of Civil War sites and attractions. And, although there is no on-site parking, a safe and covered parking garage is barely a block away. This bed & breakfast hotel is highly recommended!

Great little stay for a weekend in Gettysburg! Staff were very helpful and friendly and even left us some muffins when we had to leave before breakfast! Walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants!
