Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent amenities. Older but well maintained hotel. We had a river view room. Pool, hot tub and eucalyptus steam room at sister hotel was the best after a long day. Did the buffet on Friday at Crave restaurant. Great views, excellent food and value. Would stay here again.

Great place. Everything you need. I lucked out with a room that actually did have a view of The Bow.
Hot-tub and pool were nice, but across the road in another hotel. Don't forget your flip-flops!

The location was walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Right on the river! We had a small balcony facing the river. The rooms do need updating but were comfortable and clean. Parking was a bit weird. Free parking but if your car was under 6 ft tall they gave you park under the lodge next door. Other than that it was a great stay we will definitely be back!
