10/10, would stay here again. Clean room, comfy bed. Very hospitable staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Room heating and hot water work perfectly. Bathroom is kept clean and amenities are replaced often. Nice and accessible location. Also were willing to store our luggage after checkout for our late departure.
Note that it's located closer to the airport than to the main plaza but cabs in Cusco are relatively cheap so it's no big deal.
